Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

PLEASE NOTE: Any Priority or Express shipping orders must be placed before 1 PM to be processed and shipped the same day. Any order placed after 1 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

• Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days after order ships

• Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days after order ships

• Express Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after order ships  

Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options through USPS; Standard, Priority, and Express. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

International Shipping
We currently do NOT ship internationally. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. All packages are insured through the shipper. A claim can be filed with the shipper to investigate the delivery.
